Terms and Conditions

Unfortunately, there will be no classes for practicals. Practical preparation will not be included in the course.

Any sort of misconduct (including bullying, harassment, discrimination, obscene jokes, inappropriate language, or disrespectful behaviour) towards the instructor or other students will not be tolerated under any circumstances and the student may even be permanently barred from the course.

Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and join classes on time. Repeated absence or late arrival may affect the student's progress.

Class recordings and resources, where provided, are intended strictly for the registered student’s personal academic use and must not be shared, uploaded, redistributed, or sold to anyone else.

Course fees must be paid according to the specified payment schedule. Access to classes and course materials may be suspended if the required payment is not made.

Fees are non-refundable once the student has commenced the relevant month of classes.

Hagwon reserves the right to make reasonable changes to class timings, schedules, or teaching arrangements when necessary. Students/parents will be informed of any significant changes.

All decisions made by Hagwon regarding admission, class placement, scheduling, disciplinary action, course participation, and other matters relating to the course will be considered final. Hagwon reserves the right to make such decisions in the best interests of maintaining the quality, discipline, and learning environment of the course.

Registration and payment indicate that the student and parent/guardian have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
